But did you ever think, “What exactly should I be bringing with me to the gym that actually helps me with my gains?” After going through my own experience of needless purchases of gym accessories that only end up stuffed far down my gym bag, I’ve come up with a few things that I believe EVERYONE can benefit from having when they workout.   1. You only need half of this stuff if your gym is total shit. The rest of it you shouldn’t need till you get home. Bro be taking a whole suitcase with him to the gym each time.

    For me: Wrist Wraps, Straps, Phone, Keys, Headphones – and that’s it. I also carry a water bottle outside my bag.

  2. Don’t know if it’s real or just a perception of mine but i felt a more comedic touch in the video and I liked it a lot.
